Very bad customer service

Getting worse and worse every day. Terrible customer service, issues with payments and late response. They claim to respond within 48 hours but only took them 20 days to respond to my emails, without providing a solution. The credit card discount doesn't work most of the time and talabat doesn't seem to care about fixing the bug in their app. Very frustrating.
Don't buy cheese or dairy products from talabat mart they always bring expired products!

Ome of the worst food experience in life. Missing items and cold, messy food. And when you contact them, they refund you an amount far less than the actual amount of the missing item. Terrible application and I wouldn't advise you to even get free food from them.
I just want to order and I keep getting "Restaurant does not allow mixing of promotion and coupons". I didn't even apply for any of them. Extremely slow and buggy app.
